Exciting news from Oneida Realty Company! Patty McGaffey has been appointed as the new President & CEO, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s history. This significant leadership change signals a new era of innovation and growth following the retirement of Steve LaFlamme.

Patty McGaffey’s appointment is a testament to her exceptional leadership and extensive experience within the company. Joining Oneida Realty in 1995, McGaffey has steadily advanced through the ranks. Her journey began as a Property Manager in 2014, followed by a promotion to Vice President in 2016, and then to CEO in 2023. Her deep understanding of the company and its operations makes her uniquely qualified to lead Oneida into its next chapter.

Under her leadership, Oneida Realty is set to continue its growth and expand into new markets. McGaffey’s impressive background includes active participation in the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Downtown Duluth Skywalk Committee, and the Duluth Energy advisory board. Her involvement with these organizations reflects her commitment to community engagement and strategic growth.
