As we mark our 116th year, I’ve been reflecting on how Oneida has remained a consequential company in Duluth, decade after decade, in an industry where all buildings and real estate services can sometimes appear the same.

In this world of remote work and the post-pandemic era, Oneida is reinventing itself.

We are dedicated to serving the people who work, visit, live, shop, and eat in downtown’s Canal Park, the downtown Financial District, and the downtown Medical District. Oneida manages commercial, retail, medical, and residential buildings across Duluth.

Time and time again, when commercial buildings and real estate services have shifted, Oneida has seized the opportunity to reinvent itself. Today, Oneida Realty Company is unique. We’re commercial property managers that lease, maintain, and clean buildings. We provide construction management, engineering, parking, and cleaning services all with our own staff. This allows us to maintain more control over the quality of our services and the timing of our projects. By owning and managing our own office buildings and parking facilities, we gain a deeper understanding of the needs of our customers.

Our people are in over 2million square feet of office, retail, medical, and commercial space every day. We are the team that unlocks the buildings and skywalks at 6 a.m. each day, with some of us ending our workday well after midnight.
