I acquired Oneida Realty Company at the end of 2021. I’m thrilled to be here today steering Oneida into the future. Oneida has prospered because of the culture established years ago. Ownership provides the vision and the resources for long-term stability, and management provides the operational excellence.
I bring a unique perspective to the company. I spent 10 years in software sales, then 16 years in banking, and most recently 4 years in manufacturing. In 1988 I started Worth Information, Inc., a software company providing Customer Relationship Management systems to banks. For ten years I learned to sell by crisscrossing North America and visiting banks big and small. The second company I founded was Great Northern Bank. I spent 16 years getting an education in enterprise risk management. The bank was sold in 2014 and after a transition, I spent 4 years in the manufacturing industry helping business owners with mergers and acquisitions. I served on the board of Oneida for 10 years and was fortunate enough to get into a position to be a buyer when others wanted to sell.
Today, I look at my role as supporting Oneida’s ability to deliver high quality commercial real estate services with the objective of keeping our customers for life. Oneida helps customers find their perfect space. We invest in our people. We take pride in our history.
