Oneida Realty Company bids a fond farewell to Bill Kubiski, who is retiring after 34 years of exceptional service as Director of Facilities. Bill’s retirement is a moment of mixed emotions, as we reflect on his immeasurable contributions to the company and his lasting impact on the maintenance and success of our properties.

Bill joined Oneida over three decades ago, bringing with him a deep knowledge of building construction and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, he oversaw building maintenance, construction, and renovation projects, playing a key role in ensuring our properties remained safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. His expertise in project cost estimating, preventative maintenance planning, and AutoCAD design were integral in maintaining the high standards of Oneida’s facilities.

From managing HVAC control systems to ensuring compliance with ADA specifications and fire codes, Bill’s meticulous attention to detail has been fundamental to keeping our properties in top shape. His commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality has positively impacted both our tenants and building owners, creating environments where people thrive. His guidance will be sorely missed daily, but we are excited for him as he begins the next chapter of his life.
