Oneida Realty Company Promotes Alex Tessier to Vice President

Oneida Realty Company is excited to announce the promotion of Alex Tessier to Vice President. This move reflects Alex’s significant contributions to the company since he joined the Property Management team in April 2022.

With over a decade of leadership experience in hospitality and development, Alex Tessier brought a wealth of expertise to Oneida Realty. His tenure here has been marked by impactful work, particularly revitalizing the company’s Condo Association Management division. His innovative strategies and dedication have notably strengthened our operations and enhanced customer service.

Patty McGaffey, CEO of Oneida Realty Company, praised Tessier’s achievements: “In just two years, Alex has had a tremendous impact on our operations and customer service. His innovative approaches have made our company stronger, and we’re pleased to promote him as our new Vice President.”

In his new role, Tessier will oversee the company’s expansive facility management division, manage relationships with new and existing tenants, and collaborate with company ownership and executive management to drive future growth strategies. His expanded responsibilities are set to further elevate Oneida Realty’s service offerings and operational excellence.

Founded in 1908 by Marshall Alworth and still privately held by Peter Alworth, Oneida Realty has a storied history of growth and excellence. The company entered the Duluth market by developing the Alworth Building, the tallest building in Duluth. Since then, Oneida has expanded into third-party building management and services, including leasing, maintenance, and office cleaning. Today, Oneida manages over 35 buildings in Duluth and remains a leader in the commercial real estate industry.
